1. System Requirements

Before using Pharmacy POS BD, make sure your computer meets the following minimum requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11
  • Processor: Intel or AMD (Dual Core or higher recommended)
  • RAM: Minimum 4 GB (8 GB recommended)
  • Storage: At least 500 MB free disk space
  • Display: Minimum 1366×768 resolution
  • Printer: Thermal or Laser printer (optional, for invoice printing)

2. Software Installation

  1. Double-click the Pharmacy POS BD setup file.

b) User Account

  • Create an Admin user with a secure password.
  • The Admin user has full access to all features.

6. Basic Workflow Overview

Here is the recommended order to start using Pharmacy POS BD:

  1. Add Medicine Categories
  2. Add Suppliers
  3. Add Medicine Products (with MRP, batch, expiry)
  4. Enter Opening Stock or Purchase
  5. Start Billing / Sales
  6. Review Reports daily

Following this workflow ensures accurate stock, expiry tracking, and profit calculation.


7. Data Safety & Backup

  • Pharmacy POS BD stores data securely on your local computer.
